I was fascinated by the yellows and greys in this sunset view looking from the side of Manchester Central towards Deansgate Castlefield tram stop. The Manchester skyline has been totally transformed over the last few years with all the new buildings shooting up all around the city centre.

This view of the Lancaster Canal is near the old White Cross Mills. Although quite serene now I would imagine it would have been quite a hive of activity 200 years ago.
